Our Guarantee

We guarantee every single one of our products for life, and will rectify any craftsmanship or materials defects for the life of the product. The product "life" refers to the duration in which, through normal use, the product is able to function in its intended purpose.

Animal damage, chemical damage, damage caused by mishandling via airline or third-party shipping companies, extreme wear, third-party alterations and customer alterations, or using the item for use other than its's intended purpose void our lifetime guarantee. Likewise, fluctuations in fit, the natural wear of metal finishes, the wearing away of plated metal finishes, abuse of the product, and disregard for the product care instructions are not covered.

*Please note: The ultimate fulfillment of all warranty related claims is at the discretion of Stag & Hammer Leather Company.

Returns

We do not accept returns. This is because every product is made to order and personalized. It can not be re-sold after completion. For this reason, please be sure you have inputted all the correct measurements and information when ordering!

Refunds

We offer refunds on orders that have not started production (we typically start within one or two days or your order). If you desire a refund after purchasing, please reach out immediately. If production has started, a refund will not be offered.
